Receiving a phone call

Hello to all of you !
I need your help.
I'm a Secretary in a bilingual firm and I have a lot of problems when I have an anglophone on the phone
. I can't speak for more than half a minute because my vocabulary is too poor and I'm afraid of making mistakes when I speak english.
Please, can you send me different exercises on phone call ? That will help me to see how I can make a phone call, receiving and taking on a conversation in english by telephone.
I'm waiting for your answers

I have the same pb with my english !!!! I need to meet some people who speak english then we can speak on the phone or anywhere in english . I suppose that is the good solution
