Present, simple past,present perfect?

Bonjour,
Pouvez-vous m'aider s'il vous plait car j'ai du mal à faire la différence entre le present simple and simple past and present perfect dans ces deux exercices :
exercice 1 :
We have a software program that regenerate a portion of the site's centent so we can work on it. While the camputer did that in the morning , I set my team up and tell them what we do that day .Then we get the camputer resultats and go to work .We present the content in a more effective manner and arrange content for our partners.
exercice 2 :
my first job have been as a product specialist at Applied Materials ,which made tools for manufacturing silicon wafers . I [u]worked[/u] with the customers and helped them to resolve fundamental problems or to install new technology .I teached them about using the tools and about new processes.

Bonjour Enriquo,
Je vais vous aider à différencier tout cela.
Présent simple:
Le présent simple est utilisé pour parler d'une action habituelle qui se repète souvent, ou tous les jours.
Ex. I go to school, everyday. ('everyday' Action habituelle)
Prétérit:
Le prétérit est utilisé pour parler d'une action passée, et qui est datée.
Ex. They ate the cake, yesterday. (action passée et datée par 'yesterday')
Present perfect:
Le present perfect est tout le contraire du prétérit. Le présent perfect est utilisé pour parler d'une action non datée.
Ex. I have watched TV. ('J'ai regardé la télévision', mais on ne sait pas quand)
