X can cause hearing loss
Message de elii-se posté le 26-11-2010 à 10:42:44 (S | E | F)
Bonjour,
pourriez-vous s'il vous plait m'aider à corriger l'anglais de ces quelques phrases:

1. US District court: Defects in the XXX’s design are suggested in the lawsuit. Also mentioned is the fact that there are no warning labels to inform people that the use of XXXs can cause loss of hearing.
2. Jxxx is the claimant. For me, XXX can cause damage because with it, you can experience hearing loss. No XXX has a warning label and they’re all defective in design which could all lead to hearing loss. XXXs are defective because they aren’t limited to the normal decibel level for not causing hearing loss but they allow users to hear music at high decibel levels. Because it is possible to do this, it’s dangerous. Any labels on the players should state this. Moreover, ear buds are also defective for me because with them, sound is closer to the ear canal than other sound sources. I want XXX to include a cap of 100 decibels for player sound. In spite of AXXX limiting XXX to producing 100 decibels of sound in France, users in other countries can still use their XXX players at high decibels of sound.
3. Firm AXXX spokesperson: Finally, we have put warning labels on each XXX to warn users that listening to XXXs at high decibel levels is dangerous. We must nevertheless pay damages to XXX users and to Jxxx to compensate for the hearing loss. We were forced to improve our design, and we have limited sound to 100 decibels in France.
4. Berman: Currently, xxx sold a dangerous product and if someone put a defective product like XXX on the market, he must to repair it.
5. The associated press is reporting the suit.
6. Medical specialist is agreeing with Jxxx, hearing XXX is bad for audition. You can come deaf if you hear it at more high level.

Merci pour votre aide! Elise.
