Pourriez-vous s'il vous plait me confirmer si la phrase suivante est bien correcte :
Strong technical support is being given => l'idée serait de dire " une forte assistance techniques est fournie" dans le sens 'en ce moment

Oui c'est correct grammaticalement, mais la phrase est lourde.
Le contexte serait utile pour voir si on peut employer la forme active
they are giving/providing/supplying strong technical support...

I prefer Lucile's suggestion of 'providing', perhaps 'is being provided'. Also, notrepere has a good point about the word strong. The dictionary has a better expression. Lien internet

It is only necessary to double the consonant when the preceding vowel has a short sound. Otherwise, when a suffix starts with a vowel, such as the i in ing, the vowel will change its sound to a long vowel. For example, the words hop and hope. If you add ing to hop, you would get hoping, but that is the form for hope, because the e is dropped when another vowel is present. So the form for hop is hopping.
