Bonjour,
Je rédige une lettre de motivation pour une candidature de thèse et j'aimerais savoir si mon envolée lyrique est à peu près correcte :
Perpetual evolution, learning and questioning are the most interesting things that attract me to scientific research, alongside with team collaborations and ideas exchanges, which creates an exciting whirlwind of creativity and intense technical skill.
C'est peut-être un peu lourd...

Hello.
Take another look at these 3 areas...
alongside with-alongside stands alone, but 'along with' works.
ideas exchanges-Since only nouns can be plural, you have to decide if ideas is a noun here, and how you might be able to reorganize this part.
which creates-What does 'which' refer to, and is the verb correct?
